Jill has been a valuable asset in treading through the swamp of insurance choices. First contact was a number of years ago when trying to decided to hop off husbands employer sponsored insurance and signing up for either Medicare or MA plan. Stayed where I was at that time, but her endless support and her knowledge assisted me in my decision to stay on husbands insurance. A few years later, again reached out to her for guidance on traditional MCR or MA plans. She spent a lot of time either on the phone, emailing me with information or arranging zoom calls to answer my questions and address any concerns. I'm sure countless hours were spent behind the scenes insuring I had all the information I needed to make a choice that was right for me.
